Peluang Pemerintah Kabupaten Morowali Dalam Penerapan Industri Konstruksi 4.0

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Perkembangan industri telah memasuki fase industri 4.0, oleh karena itu Indonesia berkomitmen untuk membangun industri manufaktur yang berdaya saing global, hal ini ditandai dengan peluncuran Making Indonesia 4.0 sebagai sebuah Roadmap dan strategi Indonesia memasuki era digital. Salah satu langkah dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan daya Tarik investasi adalah dengan menyediakan lokasi industri yang memadai. Kabupaten Morowali memiliki potensi sumber daya nikel yang cukup besar sehingga saat ini menjadi Pabrik Nikel terbesar di Indonesia yang dikelola oleh PT. Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP) yang salah satu tenantnya yaitu PT. Sulawesi Mining Invesment (SMI) telah ditetapkan menjadi objek vital nasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peluang Pemerintah Kabupaten Morowali dalam Penerapan Industri 4.0 dan strategi apa saja yang dilakukan agar penerapan konstruksi 4.0 dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan Analisis SWOT, dengan menghitung bobot dan skor/rating faktor internal dan eksternal, membuat diagram SWOT dan Matriks SWOT menentukan strategi-strategi yang akan dilakukan dalam penerapan Konstruksi 4.0. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian dan pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa nilai faktor kekuatan yang dimiliki Kabupaten Morowali sebesar 0.602, faktor kelemahan memiliki nilai sebesar 0.922. Kemudian untuk faktor eksternal yaitu peluang dan ancaman memiliki nilai sebesar 1.130 dan 1.493. Sementara itu posisi Kabupaten Morowali berada pada Quadran IV dengan peluang -0.362 dan kekuatan -0.320 yang artinya Kabupaten Morowali belum memiliki peluang dalam menerapkan industri konstruksi 4.0 dikarenakan harus menghadapi faktor internal dalam hal kelemahan dan ancaman yang dimiliki.

ABSTRACT

Industrial development has entered the industrial phase 4.0, that’s why, Indonesia has committed to build a manufactural industry which is globally competitive, it market by the launched of Making Indonesia 4.0 as a roadmap and strategy of Indonesia to entered the digital era. Investment is one of an action that Indonesia could transferred technology therefore, one of the best steps for increasing competitiveness and interest of investment is providing adequate industrial location. Morowali has a large nickel resource potential which nowadays it is the largest nickel factory in Indonesia managed by PT Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP) and one of the tenants is PT Sulawesi Mining Investment (SMI) has been appointed as a national vital object. In this case, Morowali government plays an important role in smoothing the implementation of construction 4.0. The objectives of this research is to find out the opportunity of Morowali government has for implementing industry 4.0 and the efforts were made so that the implementation of construction 4.0 could be carried out properly. The method of this research using SWOT analysis, by calculating the score/ rating of the internal and external factors, making a SWOT diagram and matrix to determine the strategies that would be carried out in implementing construction 4.0. The respondents were only for skilled-workers/administrators who handled the construction sector and understood construction 4.0. the results of this research, showed that Morowali has located in Quadrant IV with an opportunity of -0.362 and a strength -0.320 which means that Morowali has not had the opportunity to implement the 4.0 construction industry, it caused the internal factors that should be face in terms of its weakness and threats.
