This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of PT.Artfeco Inti Kreasi employees. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study are employees of PT. Artdeco Core Creations. The analysis used is a quantitative technique using a saturated sampling technique with a total population of 40 respondents. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The results of the research instrument test used multiple regression analysis tests, t tests, f tests. The results of the analysis show that work motivation has no significant effect and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the results of multiple regression analysis tests. The results of the t test of work motivation obtained the results of the t test > t table (-0.230 <2.026) meaning that Ho1 is accepted Ha1 is rejected , work discipline t test results obtained (3.765 > 2.026) meaning that Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, and the results of the f test are (152,396 > 3.252) meaning that Ho3 is rejected Ha3 is accepted. Based on the results of these data it can be concluded that work motivation and work discipline affect the performance of employees of PT. Artdeco Core Creations

MSME and informal sector are business sectors that have proven to play a strategic or important role in overcoming the impact of the crisis from the Covid 19 pandemic. Problems include aspects of capital, business management capabilities, and the quality of managing human resources. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the MSME innovation system in the food sector in Bogor Regency using a dynamic system perspective which consists of five stages of analysis, namely: Problem Recognition; Problem Understanding and system; Qualitative Analysis; Simulation Modeling; and Policy Testing and Design. Based on the results of the study, it is known that functional and institutional factors make MSME in the food sector in Bogor Regency experience obstacles in developing innovation. Functional factors related to financial problems. Financial factors are very important for developing MSME business innovation, especially related to product innovation. These financial limitations make MSMEs in Bogor Regency face two main problems in the financial aspect, namely: long-term capital and finance for investment which is very necessary for long term output growth.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of disclosure on Islamic banking risk management and corporate social responsibility towards improving people's welfare. This study seeks to systematically explore and classify the research literature on Islamic banking liquidity and social responsibility (Islamic social) by mapping and visualizing it so that it can become a basis for further research. Using Scopus data from 1990 to July 2023, a system mapping study (SMS) was conducted along with Bibliometric-biblioshiny analysis and additional results with data processing using Vos viewer at the end of the chapter. This study visualizes patterns of co-occurrence of keywords, co-citation relationships, and document citations. We present influential aspects of literature, including the number of publications per year, countries, institutions, journals, authors, and subjects. The results of the study show that corporate risk management disclosures have a positive social Islamic effect on companies in improving people's welfare.

This study aims to analyse the effect of competence and work environment on the performance of firefighters at the Bogor District Fire Service. This research was carried out at Mako Cibinong, Bogor Regency Fire Department. This research was conducted from February 2023 to July 2023. Data collection used observation, questionnaires and interviews. The sample of this research is 32 people. Data analysis techniques include Descriptive Statistics, Validity, and Reliability Tests. Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, and Analysis of the Coefficient of Determination. The study's results explained the value of tcount 2.808 > ttable 1.708 that the influence of competence significantly affects the performance of firefighters at the Bogor district fire service. The work environment with a tcount of 2.808 > ttable of 1.708 significantly affects the performance of firefighters at the Bogor Regency fire department. The effect of competence and work environment with a value of α (0.003 < 0.05) and test results and fcount 7.332 > ftable 3.54. has a significant effect simultaneously on the performance of firefighters at the Bogor District Fire Service.

This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation and Job Training on Employee Performance at PT Nectars Natura Karya. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study was employees of PT Nectars Natura Karya. The analysis used is a quantitative technique using a saturated sampling technique with a population of 30 respondents. This research instrument is in the form of a questionnaire. The test results of the research instrument used multiple regression analysis tests, t tests, and f tests. The results of the analysis show that Compensation and Job Training have a significant effect on Employee Performance with multiple regression analysis test results of Y = 20.358 + 0.286 X1 + 0.259 X2. The results of the Compensation t test obtained the results of t calculated> t table (2.722 > 1.708) means that Ho1 is rejected, and Ha1 is accepted, the Job Training t test results are obtained (2.241 > 1.708) means that Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, and the f test result of (22, 401 > 3.54) means that Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This study aims to determine the influence of influence and leadership style on employee performance at PT. Zte Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study are employees of PT. Zte Indonesia. The analysis used is a quantitative technique using a quota sampling technique with a population of > 200 respondents and a sample of 50 respondents. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Instrument test results using multiple linear regression test, t test, f test. Compensation t test results obtained t count > t table (4.899 > 2.011) which means Ho1 is rejected, and Ha1 is accepted, leadership style t test results are obtained (12.682 > 2.011) which means Ho2 is rejected, and Ha2 is accepted, f test results are ( 90.018 > 3.195 ) which means Ho3 is rejected, and Ha3 is accepted. Based on the results of these data it can be interpreted that sensors and leadership style have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Zte Indonesia.

The Influence of Price and Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction of Sari Roti Products

This research aims to investigate the influence of Price and Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction in Sari Roti products. It adopts a quantitative approach with a descriptive design using a causal method. The objective is to explain an empirical phenomenon by examining statistical data, characteristics, and the relationship between variables. The data collection technique utilized in this study involved distributing questionnaires through google forms. Data for this research were collected by administering questionnaires using a Likert Scale. The sample consisted of 90 respondents who were consumers of Sari Roti products. The data were collected using purposive sampling, and the analysis included descriptive analysis, validity, reliability, multiple liner regression, and hypothesis testing. The data analysis was conducted using SPSS 25 sofware. The result of this study indicate that price exhibited a calculated t-value of 5.446, which is greater than the tabulated t-value of 1.662, suggesting a positive influence on customer satisfaction. Similarly, product quality demonstrated a calculated t-value of 3.876, surpassing the tabulated t-value of 1.662, indicating a positive influence on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the combinade effect of price and product quality, with a calculated f-value of 69.357 exceding the tabulated f-value of 4.86, significantly influences customer satisfaction. As a result, hypotheses are accepted. Based on the findings, it can be concluded the price and product quality significant effect customer satisfaction for Sari Roti products, thereby accepting .

This study aims to determine product development strategies, implementation of consignment sales and SWOT analysis methods in increasing sales. This research uses qualitative methods using SWOT analysis methods, data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study were obtained related to the dimensions of quality based on product development strategies, there are stages in the implementation of consignment sales, namely the product offering stage, agreement, product delivery, product returns and sales transactions, there is an IE SWOT analysis, namely internal factors and external factors in increasing sales. This study aims to determine how much influence individual characteristics and work environment have on employee work discipline at Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kota Bogor (BAPPEDA). The method used in this study uses the Structural Equation Modeling method with a total sample of 46 employees. The data analysis used is to test the model using the SmartPls 4 application which consists of testing the outer and inner models. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and questionnaires. Based on the results of the study, it shows that individual characteristics of employee work discipline have a statistical t value of 0.559 < 1.96 and a p value of 0.576 > 0.05 which means a positive effect but not significant, Work environment on employee work discipline have a statistical t value of 1.740 < 1.96 and a p value of 0.082 > 0.05 which means a positive effect but not significant, Individual characteristics of the work environment with a statistical t value of 1.602 <1.96 and a p value of 0.109 > 0.05, which means it has an effect but not significant And individual characteristics of employee work discipline through the work environment have a positive but not significant effect with a statistical t value of 1.003 <1.96 and a p value of 0.316 > 0.05

This study aims to find out the effect of work environment and work motivation on employee performance on PT. Sun Star Prima Motor Cempaka Putih. The research method used is quantitative research. Data collection methods are performed by means of observation, interviews, quotient. Sample count is 50 respondents. Data processing uses Smartpls 4 software. This study used Structural Equstion Modeling (SEM). The analysis results show that the working environment has no significant effect on employee performance. Based on results showing that the Working Environment for Employee Performance has a static value of 1.106 < 0.96 and a value of 0.269 > 0.05 indicating that it has no effect, the Employment Motivation for Employee Performance has a static value of 7.473 < 1.96 and a value of 0.000 < 0.05 indicating that there is an environmental effect,Work on Employment Motivation had a tstatic value of 13.939 < 1.96 and a value of 0.000 < 0.05 indicating that it was influential, Work Environment on Employee Performance through Variable Employment Motivation with a tstatic value of 6.285 > 1.96 and a value of 0.000 < 0.05.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of compensation and motivation on the performance of Al-Anshor Cibinong Islamic Junior High School Teachers. The type of resea rch is qualitative research using primary data. the data collection technique in this study is by filling out a questionnaire distributed via Google Form with a total of 40 respondents. The tests conducted in this study used the IBM SPSS 26 programme. The results showed that compensation had a significant effect on teacher performance. Based on the results of the study, it shows that Compensation on Teacher Performance has a static value of 0.000 < 0.05, the value of t count 7.362 > t table 2.028 shows a significant effect, Motivation on Teacher Performance has a static value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the value of t count 5.827 > 2.028 shows that there is an effect of Motivation on Teacher Performance. An investment is a commitment of money or other resources made now for future gains. The objective of investors' investment activities in the capital market is to obtain optimal returns. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of market ratios and profit ratios on the hotel industry's stock returns on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. A sample of 5 hotels was used in this study. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the market ratio (X1) and profit ratio (X2) simultaneously affect stock returns (Y). In addition, several market ratios have an impact on stock returns, but the profitability ratios have no effect on stock returns in the Indonesian stock exchange for the hospitality sector. It is suggested that more basic factors such as market ratio and profit ratio should be considered, and the trading volume of the issuing company should be considered to get high returns. The hotel industry listed on the IDX is expected to be able to operate and manage the company's business more efficiently to attract investors to invest their funds

Competition in the education industry is getting tougher day by day, so that quality is demanded from every aspect of the company, including human resources. The application of a reward and punishment system to employee performance is one of many requirements that must be met in order to achieve high employee performance. This research seeks to (1) determine whether the reward element affects employee performance. (2) to find out whether the element of punishment has an effect on employee performance. (3) to find out whether reward and punishment have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. The population of this study were all employees who work as teachers at the Tara Salvia school, while the sample used was 30 respondents with the determination of the sample using the saturated sampling method. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that reward and punishment have a partial effect on employee performance and reward and punishment have an influence on employee performance simultaneously.

This study aims to determine the influence of lifestyle and social influence on purchasing decisions of retro cargloss helmets among cargloss retro helmet users in the Sirnagalih area, Bogor Regency. The type of research used is quantitative. The population in this study were consumers using retro cargloss helmets in the Sirnagalih area, Bogor Regency. The analysis used quantitative techniques with a total sample of 100 respondents. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The results of the research instrument test used multiple regression analysis tests, t tests and f tests, which showed that lifestyle and social influence had a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the results of multiple regression analysis of Y = 4.679 + 0.236 X1 + 0.259 X2. The results of the lifestyle t test were obtained as large as t count 7.255 > t table 1.98 which means that Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, where there is an influence between lifestyle and purchasing decisions. While the social influence t test is t count 6.818 > t table 1.98 which means Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, where there is influence between social influence on purchasing decisions. And the results of the f test are obtained for f count 167.477 > f table 3.09 meaning that Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, where there is a simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of these data, it can be concluded that lifestyle and social influence influence the purchasing decision of retro cargloss helmets for retro cargloss helmet users in the Sirnagalih area, Bogor Regency.

This study aims to identify and analyze case studiy of service quality and price against consumer’s purchase decisions at Kopi Raja Ciampea Bogor Cafe. This case studiy is using the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficients and Hypothesis. Also, using quantitative analysis methods by primary data obtained from questionnaires. The population came from all visitors at Kopi Raja Cafe with a sample of 100 people. The data processing in this study is requiring the SPSS 25 software program. The research result 1) Quality of Service has a Positive and Significant Effect on consumer Purchase Decisions. This is evidenced by the t-count value of 2,889 > t-table 1,660 with a significance value lower than 0,05 (0.005 < 0.05). 2) Prices Have a Positive and Significant Effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions. This is evidenced by the t-count value of 10,926 > t-table 1,660 with a significance value lower than 0,05 (0.000 < 0.05). 3) There is a partial impact on the Quality of Service and Price influenced against Consumer Purchase Decisions. This is evidenced by the F count value was 154,356 > F table 3.09 and the sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. The textile and apparel industry is one of the backbones of the manufacturing industry and is the focus of a national era that continues to offer opportunities for development. In facing competition, marketing has an important role in supporting business progress and increasing sales volume. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and distribution channels on sales volume at PT Amann Indonesia using a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are secondary data, namely financial data per month of PT Amann Indonesia in 2020-2022. The analysis methods used in this study are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, partial t and simultaneous f hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the level of correlation between varables is 77%, which means that there is strong correlation. Further partially price has a significant effect on sales volume or t count > t table of 6.519 > 1.694, but partially distribution channels have no effect on sales volume or t count < t table of 1.513 < 1.694 due to a lack of vendors transportation and human resources in the warehouse. Similarly or together price and distribution channels have a significant effect on sales volume. This shows that companies must consider pricing strategies and distribution channels well because it will have an impact on the level of sales volume.

The purpose of this research is to find out: 1) the financial ratios of Leuwiliang Hospital are measured from the Regulation of the Director General of the Treasury Number PER-24/PB/2018; 2) the financial performance of the Leuwiliang Hospital is based on the standard of the Director General of Treasury Regulation Number PER 24/PB/2018. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. Data analysis was carried out using financial ratio analysis based on PER-24/PB/2018 which consists of cash ratios, current ratios, accounts
receivable collection period, fixed asset turnover, fixed asset returns, equity returns, inventory turnover and the ratio of PNBP to operating expenses. The results showed that the total financial ratio score in 2020 was 11.55 and in 2021 it was 11.75 at intervals of 10.64 <TS ≤ 12.64 (BBB). Then in 2022 the total financial ratio score is 9.1 and is at an interval of 8.55 <TS ≤ 10.64 (BB). Under these conditions, the financial performance of the Leuwiliang Bogor Hospital for 2020-2022 in terms of PER-24/PB/2018 is in the moderate category

to numbers and can be measured to see the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable based on existing data and combined with analysis or description of existing situations or events. Reliability Results. shows that overall the variables used in this study have Cronbach's Alpha > 0.60. multicollinearity test results that the tolerance value on the variables X1 (0.949), X2 (0.514), is greater than
0.10. The constant value (a) is 5.222, explaining that if Understanding increases by one point, Interest in Paying Zakat will decrease by 0.057. Vice versa, if understanding decreases by one point, the interest in paying zakat will increase by 0.057. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.594 or 59.4%. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination indicates that the independent variable consisting of Knowledge (X1), Understanding (X2), is able to explain the dependent variable, namely Community Interest in Paying Zakat (Y) of 59.4%, while the remaining 40.6% is explained by factors-other factors outside. Knowledge partially has no effect on people's interest in paying zakat through e-commerce. The level of understanding partially affects people's interest in paying zakat through E-commerce

years. In order to obtain 35 sample data. The data analysis method in this study used panel data regression
analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of
determination, and hypothesis testing with the t test and f test. The research results show that partially the
ROE variable has a positive and significant effect on stock returns, while the DER variable has no
significant effect on stock returns. Simultaneously the ROE and DER variables have a significant effect
on stock returns.

The purpose of this study was to ascertain and analyze the influence of leadership and supervisory variables on employee performance in Genteng Village, South Bogor. This type of research is a quantitative research using questionnaire primary data and observation. This study used the same population and sample of employees in Genteng Village, South Bogor, totaling 38 people who would be used as a saturated sample. The analysis test used was SPSS version 26 with the data analysis method used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis with the regression results Y = 16.857 + 0.103 X1 + 0.464 X2 indicating that the results of the regression coefficient of leadership (X1) were 0.103 and supervision (X2) of 0.464 and a constant of 16.857. The results of this study indicate that leadership ability (X1) influences employee performance (Y) which is stated at t count 4.112 > t table 2.03 (0.05). Supervision (X2) has an effect on employee performance results as indicated by tcount of 4.940 > t table of 2.03 (0.05). Leadership and supervision have a joint effect on employee performance as indicated by
the Fcount value of 12.084 > 2.47. It is said to have an effect if tcount > ttable or with a significance level
of 0.000 <0.05.

Methods of data collection with documentation and literature study as well as data sourced from secondary data obtained from the company's financial reports. Using the non-probability sampling method, this type of purposive sampling was obtained. The method for analyzing the data used multiple linear regression analysis and was processed using the Eviews 10 statistical program. From this study the results obtained were that partially the asset structure had a negative and significant effect on capital structure. Liquidity has a negative and significant effect on the capital structure. Firm size has no effect and is not significant on capital structure. And simultaneously the structure of assets, liquidity and firm size have a significant effect on capital structure.

The objective of this study is to examine and assess the relationship between the loan-to-deposit ratio (LDR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Stock Returns in Banking Companies Listed on the IDX in 2018–2022. The IDX website provided secondary data for this investigation. Using a purposive sampling approach, the sample is a banking firm listed on the IDX for the years 2018 through 2022. Using specified sample selection criteria, a total of 13 businesses were included in the sample. Following the data collection, several analyses were carried out, including partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing, multiple regression analysis, a study of the coefficient of determination, and traditional assumption tests. According to the study's findings, although Net Profit Margin (NPM) and loan-to-deposit ratio (LDR) had considerable negative effects on stock returns, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) had a somewhat favorable and significant impact. The purpose of this study was to determine whether Perumda Tirta Pakuan Bogor experienced financial distress during the 2017-2022 period according to the Altman, Springate and Zmijewski models, and to find out how the use of the Altman, Springate, Zmijewski models in predicting the possibility of financial distress. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of annual company financial reports. This study uses the population of the Tirta Pakuan Regional Public Company of Bogor City for the 2017-2022 period. The sample in this study was purposive sampling. The results of predicting financial distress using the Altman method. Springate and Zmijewski show that they do not experience financial distress with all non-distress results.

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and job placement on the performance of Bank BTN Syariah Bogor employees. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this research is the employees of Bank BTN Syariah Bogor. The analysis used is a quantitative technique using a saturated sampling technique with a total population of 50 respondents. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The results of the research instrument test used multiple regression analysis tests, t tests, f tests. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture and work life balance have a significant effect on employee performance with the results of multiple regression analysis tests. The results of the organizational culture t test obtained the results of the t test > t table (4.164 <1.678.) meaning that Ho1 was accepted Ha1 was rejected, the work placement t test obtained results (0.015 > 0.05) meaning that Ho2 was rejected and Ha2 was accepted, and the f test results were (6.141> 1.678) means that Ho3 is rejected Ha3 is accepted. Based on the results of these data it can be concluded that the influence of organizational culture and work life balance on the performance of Bank BTN Syariah Bogor employees.

Analysis of Brand Awareness and Customer Satisfaction on Purchase Interest in Saik Studio Photography Services in Depok city in 2021-2022

This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness and customer satisfaction on buying interest in Saik Studio. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study were Saik Studio consumers. The analysis used is a quantitative technique using simple random sampling technique with a population of 100 and 40 respondents. This research instrument is more aimed at questionnaires. The results of the research instrument test used multiple regression analysis tests, t tests, f tests. The results of the analysis show that brand awareness has no significant effect and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on buying interest with the results of multiple regression analysis tests. The results of the brand awareness t test obtained the results of the t test> t table (-0.230 <2.026) means that Ho1 is accepted Ha1 is rejected, the customer satisfaction t test obtained the results (3.765> 2.026) means that Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, and the f test results are (125.140> 3.252) meaning Ho3 is rejected Ha3 is accepted. Based on the results of this data, it can be concluded that brand awareness and customer satisfaction affect the purchase intention of Saik Studio.

In this study, students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Ibn Khaldun University, Bogor, Class of 2019–2020, were used as the case study population in order to examine the relationship between brand awareness and lifestyle and the decisions they made about the purchase of iPhone brand devices. The dependent variable in this study is the purchasing choice, and there are two independent factors used in it: brand awareness and lifestyle. The class of 2019 at the Faculty of Economics and Business serves as the demographic for this study, which includes students who use iPhone cellphones. A saturation sample of 50 people was drawn from this group. Numerous linear regression, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing are the techniques used. The brand awareness variable has no discernible partial influence on purchasung decisions, according to the calculation results. The brand awareness variable does not affect purchasing decisions, according to the null hypothesis (Ho), which is accepted. This is because some students in the Faculty of Economics and Business at UIKA Bogor are still unfamiliar with the specifications, design, and quality of iPhone smartphones. Students have not yet been able to completely recognize these aspects thanks to iPhone cellphones. On the other hand, the lifestyle component significantly influences purchasing decisions, according to the results of the partial calculations. As a result, the null hypothesis (Ho) is disproved, showing that the lifestyle variable affects the variable determining purchases. Calculations done simultaneously show that brand awareness and lifestyle have an impact on purchasing decisions.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Promotion and Price toward Interest to buy in Griya Selaras house at PT Kesuma Agung Selaras. This research used associative methode. The data analysis technique used is the correlation analysis technique and hypothesis testing with the t-test and F-test. The number of samples taken was 60 people with random sampling technique. Based on the results of the study, it showed that promotions and prices had an effect on the intention to buy a congenial house at PT Kesuma Agung Selaras, either partially or simultaneously.
