Abstract

This study aims, namely 1) to determine whether the environment affects employee performance, 2) to determine whether work discipline affects employee performance, 3) to determine whether the environment and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance. The population in this study were all employees at CV Orion Sportwear Bogor Regency as many as 32 people. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression analysis.
