The Influence Of Leadership And Communication On The Performance Of Agriculture Faculty Employees Ipb Bogor
Abstract
The purpose of this research is (1) to find out whether leadership variables affect employee performance (2) To find out whether communication variables affect employee performance (3) To determine whether leadership and communication affect employee performance simultaneously. The population of this study were all employees at the IPB Bogor Faculty of Agriculture, the sample used was 67 respondents with the determination of the sample using the saturated sampling method. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that leadership and communication have an influence on employee performance partially and leadership and communication have an influence on employee performance simultaneously
