Polbangtan Bogor with a research population of all civil servants at Polbangtan Bogor of 144 people. Determination of the sample with the Solvin formula, so the sampling was determined with a total of 60 employees. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servants (PNS) at the Bogor Agricultural Development Polytechnic.
