The objective of this research was to analyse the employment of formal and informal sector during the covid-19 pandemic. The methodology of the research using quantitative analysis using descriptive. Secondary data was used from National Employment Statistic (Sakernas) from year 2018 – 2022. The analysis were investigating the formal sector and informal sector workforce figures and the growth after covid-19 pandemic, examining the formal sector based on gender assessing the growth of informal sector for non-agriculture sector. The results of descriptive analysis found that the informal sector in urban and rural areas has experienced a surge in increase compared to before the pandemic. Informal sector entrepreneurs who do business with the help of temporary or unpaid workers have decreased. The formal sector based on gender shows a decrease in the number of female workers compared to before the pandemic which indicates that female workers were more vulnerable to being laid off during a crisis. The highest proportion of non-agricultural informal sector workers was at the elementary school level. Based on urban and rural residences for the non-agricultural informal sector, urban informal sectors experienced a higher increase before and after the pandemic compared to rural areas. Based on age group, the 15 to 19-year-old group experienced the highest growth on the non-agricultural informal sector
Boy Iskandar Pasaribu, Bomer Pasaribu, Susy Evita Pasaribu, Popy Novita Pasaribu ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://publikasi.ppsuika.ac.id/ http://prosiding.uika-bogor.ac.id/index.php/ICMSME/article/view/412 Mon, 20 Feb 2023 00:00:00 +0000 The Influence of Price, Product Quality, and Promotion on Purchase Decisions in E-Commerce Shopee With Trust as a Moderating Variable http://prosiding.uika-bogor.ac.id/index.php/ICMSME/article/view/399
A consumer must make a final decision on the purchase of a good or service after giving various factors some thought. One of them is the fact that customers may be influenced by a number of things when making a purchase from an online retailer The objective of this study was to ascertain, among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta, the influence of price, product quality, and promotion on purchasing decisions at an online store with trust as a moderating variable. A lot of statistics are needed for the quantitative research methodology, which includes data collecting, data analysis, and result presentation. The internal population was made up of pupils from Muhammadiyah University in Surakarta's Faculty of Economics and Business. With up to 98 respondents, convenience sampling was the sample strategy utilized. A questionnaire is utilized as the data collection tool. The SPSS version 25 program was used to process the instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, t (partial) tests, F tests, coefficients of determination, and MRA tests The t-test results demonstrate that pricing influences purchases in a favorable and significant way. The marketing has a good and considerable impact on purchasing decisions. Product quality has a strong and positive influence on purchasing decisions. According to the findings of the MRA test, trust cannot offset the influences of price, product quality, and advertising on consumers' decisions to buy. Only price, product quality, and promotion are used in this study as independent variables, and trust is included as a moderating variable. Only students from Muhammadiyah University's Faculty of Economics and Business in Surakarta made up the study's population. Net asset value (NAV) is one of the indicators used in measuring the performance of a mutual fund, based on data on the net asset value of Sharia mutual funds in Indonesia in the last two years, it has decreased until the new normal era. This research aims to determine how macroeconomic indicators affect the net asset value of Sharia mutual funds partially and simultaneously in Indonesia from January 2017 to October 2022. Monthly data over the 2017-2022 period were analyzed using the Linear Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression method, with inflation, BI Rate 7 days repo, money supply, exchange rate, and index of ISSI (Indonesia Sharia Stock Index) as independent variables, and net asset value of Sharia mutual funds as the dependent variable. According to the study's findings, this research shows that partially, money supply, exchange rate, and index of ISSI significantly influence the net asset value of Islamic mutual funds in Indonesia, on the other hand, the inflation and BI rate had an insignificant effect on the net asset value of Islamic mutual funds. The proposed research by adding RLE variable will test targeting Indonesian moslem, sampling from certain Top provinces in Indonesia. The causal relationships of the research framework were measured using structural equation modelling. It is found that interest in the field is growing, with a greater variety of topics and methods appearing year on year. However, the authors also identify some issues of concern for the field if it wishes to sustain this growth. First, current ITCB evolution was so slow that not much research was conducted, meanwhile there is so much literature that suggests Religious Leaders Endorsement (RLE) has significant influence on consumer behavior. The theoretical framework provides a new variable of RLE on how moslem customers evaluate electric vehicles and the factors underlying their attitudes and behaviours toward such products in an Islamic and emerging market. Further research related to Religious Organization (RO) should also be tested to complete this framework.
Hendriansyah Hendriansyah ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://prosiding.uika-bogor.ac.id/index.php/ICMSME/article/view/432 Thu, 06 Apr 2023 00:00:00 +0000 Analysis of Muslim Consumer Behavior In Using Paylater from an Islamic Perspective http://prosiding.uika-bogor.ac.id/index.php/ICMSME/article/view/408
Financial technology (fintech) has increasingly provided convenience for the community in their economic activities for the last years. If IT management in an organization is running well, many benefits can be obtained. Therefore we need software to manage IT services so that they can run optimally. Examples include ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) software which can assist an organization or company in maximizing IT services. There are budget and time limitations in implementing ITSM software at UPT-TIK UPN "Veteran" East Java, making all decisions made regarding purchasing or subscribing to the software must be effective and efficient. Meanwhile, after the initial search, several ITSM vendors were found that were worthy of comparison and possible to implement, namely Fresh Service, Zendesk, and HaloITSM. The results of the comparisons that have been made regarding the three ITSM vendors, according to our study the Fresh Service vendor is the best ITSM software. Vendor Fresh Service is superior to the other two vendors in terms of UI appearance, and ease of use. The features provided are quite complete compared to other vendors. Because this is carried out through independent studies in the internal sphere, the advantages and disadvantages will be skewed towards the needs.
