Case studies, legal analysis, and normative juridical procedures are all used in this study. Literature reviews and legal data searches on official websites were used to gather data. According to the study's findings, PT Conch South Kalimantan Cement has been shown to engage in cement sales activities that result in losses for the South Kalimantan region. ensure that the cement sector has fair and robust competition. The Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition rules are broken by this activity. The research employs a literature review-based qualitative method, analysing relevant current literature. The main focus is on Generation Z's potential in promoting and managing waqf through digital platforms, their engagement models through social media and crowdfunding, and their role in supporting transparency and accountability of waqf programmes.

The results show that Generation Z has great potential as agents of change in Islamic philanthropy, particularly community-based waqf. They utilise digital technology to expand the reach of waqf promotion and raise funds more effectively. However, significant challenges were identified, such as low waqf literacy among Generation Z and regulatory barriers. Proposed strategies to overcome these challenges include increased education through digital platforms, gamification to increase motivation, and community-based approaches to strengthen the sense of social responsibility.

In conclusion, Generation Z is a potential asset in advancing community-based waqf programmes through technological innovation. However, the success of this initiative requires collaboration between various stakeholders, including waqf institutions, the government, and the private sector, to create an enabling environment for Generation Z's active participation. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the role of the younger generation in Islamic philanthropy and provide strategic guidance to increase their participation.
Nuradi Nuradi Husnul Khatimah ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2024-12-23 2024-12-23 16 26 Artificial Intelligence: Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Shortcut Going Next Level http://prosiding.uika-bogor.ac.id/index.php/ICMSME/article/view/648
This study discusses Indonesia's transformation from an agrarian country to an industrial country, focusing on the role of artificial intelligence (AI) as a catalyst in the industrialization process. Although Indonesia has great potential through the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) sector, which absorbs almost 97% of the workforce, challenges such as dependence on raw materials and low adoption of advanced technology hinder economic growth. Through a Literature Systematic Review (LSR) approach, this study analyzes research trends related to AI and technology adoption by MSMEs from 2019 to 2024. The results of the analysis show that AI can improve the efficiency and competitiveness of MSMEs, as well as support industrial sustainability. This study shows significant growth in the FinTech sector, which is part of the digital era revolution that plays a significant role in micro and macro finance. Massive investment has driven the growth of the FinTech industry globally, driven by increased use of the internet, smartphones, and government regulatory support. Innovations in FinTech, such as digital payment systems and peer-to-peer (P2P) lending, an online platform-based practice that connects MSMEs in need of funds individuals with willingness to lend money or invest, and online investment, have expanded access to financial services for underserved communities, especially in rural areas in Indonesia. However, challenges remain, such as the gap in digital access and the importance of strong government regulations to protect consumers. This study indicates that FinTech has expanded financial inclusion, which is one of the important pillars in addressing the challenges of sustainable economic development. This study concludes with recommendations to improve the regulatory framework and encourage collaboration between FinTech companies and traditional financial institutions to maximize the benefits of financial technology for communities, especially in rural areas that have not received traditional financial services in Indonesia.
Lutfi Padhil ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2024-12-27 2024-12-27 43 53 Generation Z's Behavior Towards Green Product Purchases on Instagram http://prosiding.uika-bogor.ac.id/index.php/ICMSME/article/view/655
Generation Z plays a crucial role in promoting sustainable consumption behavior, including the purchase of environmentally friendly products. Instagram, one of the most popular social media platforms among Generation Z, is used for interaction, information-seeking, and product purchases. Green purchasing behavior is influenced by factors such as customer satisfaction, interactive engagement, and awareness of environmental impacts. This study aims to analyze how customer satisfaction and interactive engagement on Instagram influence Generation Z’s green purchasing behavior. This study adopts a quantitative approach using survey methods targeting undergraduate and postgraduate students at Ibnu Khaldun University, Bogor, through online questionnaires. The respondents are individuals aged 12-27 years, a generation that actively uses Instagram, with total respondents are 103. The results indicate that the main factors motivating Generation Z in their environmentally friendly product purchasing decisions are customer satisfaction and loyalty. However, Generation Z's environmentally friendly purchasing behavior is more strongly influenced by direct factors, such as trust in the brand and perceptions of the product's sustainability value, rather than loyalty or online review activities. These findings provide significant contributions to the development of green marketing strategies in the digital era. Companies can leverage interactive engagement on social media to raise consumer awareness of environmentally friendly products and strengthen customer loyalty. By understanding Generation Z’s behavior, marketers can not only enhance business competitiveness but also support sustainability goals through the promotion of greener products.

Melly Indrawaty Nursamawi Nursamawi Popy Novita Pasaribu ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2024-12-27 2024-12-27 54 66 Effective Strategies for Strengthening Employee Loyalty http://prosiding.uika-bogor.ac.id/index.php/ICMSME/article/view/656
The main issue faced by companies is low employee loyalty, which is evidenced by high turnover rates, lack of participation, and low integrity. The research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from financial reports of fintech-based companies during the 2018–2023 period. The independent variables include the efficiency of financial asset management and the accuracy of financial predictions, while the dependent variable is the quality of financial decision-making. The data is analyzed using multiple linear regression to identify relationships and effects between variables. The findings indicate that the efficiency of financial asset management has a significant positive impact on financial decision-making, with a coefficient of 0.45. Similarly, the accuracy of financial predictions significantly contributes with a coefficient of 0.39. The regression model achieves an Adjusted R² value of 0.82, meaning that the model explains 82% of the variability in financial decision-making. This study underscores the importance of data analytics in enhancing operational efficiency and informational accuracy to support strategic decision-making. This study carries out the process of identifying, analyzing, and synthesizing relevant academic literature from the last five years. Data was obtained through searching for relevant articles according to the theme via Google Scholar, with inclusion criteria that include topic relevance, methodological validity, and contributions to the application of AI use and its impact on automation. The analysis process involves the stages of thematic coding, systematic filtering of themes, then data interpretation to identify topic suitability, to be reviewed in more depth. The results of the study show that the existence of AI and the phenomenon of automation have a strategic role in accelerating digitalization in various sectors, including manufacturing, financial services, health, education and all organizational management processes and all their derivatives. This technology is useful for reducing costs, triggering increased productivity, and more effective and efficient data-based decision making. However, there are weaknesses regarding ethics, data privacy, and readiness to adopt technology in various organizations is one of the weaknesses of the massive use of AI.
