Abstract

 

Penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia hijau merupakan aspek penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja hijau perusahaan, namun masih sedikit penelitian yang menganalisis peran tuas kontrol dalam mempengaruhi hubungan antara manajemen sumber daya manusia hijau dan kinerja hijau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen sumber daya manusia hijau berdasarkan teori Abilities, Motivation, Opportunity (AMO) terhadap kinerja perusahaan hijau, dengan menggunakan variabel moderating yaitu penerapan tuas kontrol. Metode survei dengan data primer digunakan dalam penelitian ini dan dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Ukuran sampel akhir adalah 111 responden dari karyawan yang mewakili perusahaan di Provinsi DKI Jakarta, Banten, Jawa Barat, Jawa Timur dan Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia hijau berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja hijau perusahaan, namun tidak ada pengaruh moderating terhadap peran tuas kontrol dalam meningkatkan hubungan antara manajemen sumber daya manusia hijau dan kinerja hijau. Selain itu, analisis tambahan menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh masing-masing sistem kontrol dari tuas kontrol terhadap hubungan antara GHRM dan GP. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa implementasi GHRM yang lebih baik akan menghasilkan kinerja hijau perusahaan yang lebih tinggi, namun penerapan tuas kontrol tidak mempengaruhi hubungan antara manajemen sumber daya manusia hijau dan kinerja perusahaan hijau. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah sampel yang digunakan masih terbatas, metode yang digunakan masih terbatas pada 1 metode, dan dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja hijau perusahaan. Kebaruan penelitian ini adalah penggunaan tuas kontrol sebagai variabel untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara hubungan antara GHRM dan GP dimana penelitian masih jarang di Indonesia, serta metode pengukuran yang digunakan menggunakan data kuesioner dengan analisis PLS-SEM.
